Holy Cross Regional Catholic School is a fully accredited Catholic school providing education for children in Pre-Kindergarten (4 year olds) through 8th grade. Each year we are blessed to welcome many new families to our school community!
Holy Cross operates under the auspices of the Office of Catholic Education of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. All schools in the Archdiocese admit students of any race, religion, sex, nationality, and ethnic origin with all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students in these schools.
To be considered a participating parishioner for tuition purposes, the family must provide:
Verification from the pastor indicating registration in St. Eleanor or Sacred Heart Parish.
If the family is a member of another parish, a release from the pastor of their home parish.
Certificate of Baptism from a Catholic Church (copy needed).
Any family not able to provide the above documentation still is welcome to enroll at Holy Cross as a non-participating or a non-parishioner if space is available.
A child entering kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before September 1 of the year in which he or she seeks admission.
A child entering Grade 1 must be 6 years of age on or before September 1 of the year in which he or she seeks admission.
We offer open enrollment throughout the year, if class space is available. The official registration period for the upcoming school year begins in January.
Families who wish to enroll their child(ren) in Holy Cross Regional Catholic School should enroll using our online registration form or by contacting the main office. Registration is not complete until all paperwork has been submitted to the school office along with the non-refundable $125 registration fee (per student), which offsets the cost of religion books and other educational materials that cannot be purchased with government funds.

Holy Cross Regional Catholic School utilizes a "Continuous Enrollment" concept for students enrolled in our school. Continuous Enrollment assumes that once enrolled, a child will continue their education until graduation from eighth grade. Since most of our families remain year after year, this will streamline the re-registration process by reducing time and paperwork for parents and the school staff. The annual registration fee will be applied in February for the following school year.
